Principle is one of the principles of Organizational structure & authority.
It talks about the relationship from superior to subordinate in an
organization. Having a good relationship with your employees is one of the key
to a successful business. Once you developed trust to one another, from the
manager to all employees, minimal mistakes may only happen. Unlike if everyone
is just doing their own thing, without maintaining contact with one another, it
may cause confusion and a not-so-successful business. Managing also means
developing. You should develop relationship with all your workers.
